For the last part, go to the normal version of Nuketown and head to the green house garden. Find the bunker door with Richtofen's graffiti and those nuke markings. Equip Brain Rot and aim to turn a zombie right in front of the door. When it works, the turned zombie starts slamming the entrance, and it can take more than one attempt before the door finally gives.
